OUR FIRST HIRE!

 Summit Talent Co: Blog 2 We did it! Summit Talent has been working with Westland Construction, a premier construction company located in Utah.  Our partnership started in early March and we were tasked with finding an Assistant Controller for the team. This was a great win for Summit Talent as our client had been working on this role for a few months. Summit Talent was able to dive in March 9 and had an offer accepted by March 23 with a start date of April 5! Less than a month from start to finish and less than 2 weeks from sourcing to accepting! That is the #SummitWay!  Many more great things to come - stay tuned! As always, The View Is Better Up Here!

 Summit Talent Co: Blog 1 Hey, there!  We're Summit Talent Co. and we are excited to be on the hiring scene! Here at Summit Talent, we pride ourselves in helping your org reach its "peak" performance (yep, we got #DadJokes here). We do this very simply: recruit, hire, repeat. In more words, that means we handle the intake calls with hiring leaders, creating and/or posting jobs, sourcing candidates both actively and passively, scheduling interviews, facilitating conversations and eventually getting to the offer stage where a candidate becomes an employee!  "Summit" seemed fitting for a few reasons: 1) we're based in Utah and there are glorious mountains all around.
