We did it! Summit Talent has been working with Westland Construction, a premier construction company located in Utah. 

Our partnership started in early March and we were tasked with finding an Assistant Controller for the team. This was a great win for Summit Talent as our client had been working on this role for a few months. Summit Talent was able to dive in March 9 and had an offer accepted by March 23 with a start date of April 5! Less than a month from start to finish and less than 2 weeks from sourcing to accepting! That is the #SummitWay!
