 Summit Talent Co: Blog 2 We did it! Summit Talent has been working with Westland Construction, a premier construction company located in Utah.  Our partnership started in early March and we were tasked with finding an Assistant Controller for the team. This was a great win for Summit Talent as our client had been working on this role for a few months. Summit Talent was able to dive in March 9 and had an offer accepted by March 23 with a start date of April 5! Less than a month from start to finish and less than 2 weeks from sourcing to accepting! Here at Summit Talent, we pride ourselves in helping your org reach its "peak" performance (yep, we got #DadJokes here). We do this very simply: recruit, hire, repeat.
